One address, read by the person who writes the cards. No ticket system, no chatbot.

Write to [email protected]. This address reaches the editor directly. It is also the address to use for anything legal, including copyright and privacy requests, so nothing gets lost in a folder.
What gets a reply
- A card that did not work for you, with the tip, the icing stage and what happened - these usually turn into a correction or a new failure row.
- A correction to a number: a toothpick count, a curing time, a tip number, a size.
- An accessibility or rendering problem on a specific page and device.
- A rights or privacy question, including removal requests.
- A question about how a technique behaves in a different climate or at altitude.
What does not
- Requests to publish a guest post, a sponsored placement or a link insert. The library does not carry them.
- Free-product offers where the expectation is coverage. Nothing on this site is sponsored, and a page that carried sponsored content would be worthless as a reference.
- Medical or dietary advice. For allergens or dietary questions, speak to a qualified professional rather than a piping site.
Response time
Corrections to an existing card are normally answered within three working days, and a confirmed error in a number is fixed on the page rather than only in a reply. General questions are answered when the bench schedule allows, which in a busy decorating season can be a fortnight.
Rights
To request permission to reproduce a diagram, a step card or a colour recipe, write to the same address with the page, the intended use and the audience. Classroom and teaching use is normally granted; republication as a competing reference is not.
