Wilton 104 is a common number, so replacing it singly is cheaper than buying a set - most sets are half numbers you will not use.
A narrow opening, so rinse it the moment it comes off the coupler; dried icing deforms the blade.
Tighten the coupler ring to finger pressure only. Forcing it crushes a thin blade out of shape.
Keep two of the same number: one lives with the deep colours (wine, ink), which stain metal permanently.
